This provocative image was taken in the Botanical Gardens in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa, straight after Christina sprinkled her mother's ashes in a different part of the gardens. Afterward 'something' drew her to walk down the lane of plane trees where her mother took her as a child, to play in the fallen leaves in fall. On this morning, Christina was captivated by the shadow play on the ground and 'mist' at the end of this natural cathedral. When she received her photos back, there was a Rainbow Angel at the bottom of the lane... The events leading up to this image are recounted in the first of Christina's books.Crocosmia Leaf Tapestry of Light

This image was taken in Seal Bay Park, almost by 'accident', as Christina had her camera primed to capture their canine companion, Jabulani, charging around the corner. 'Something' suddenly made her press the shutter - before Jabu made her appearance. It was around Winter Solstice...Dew-drop Jewel

On a cold and misty, grey, February morning 'something' nudged Christina to take her camera along when Jabulani took her for a walk in Seal Bay Park near The Heart Gate. As they walked, the sun burst through and created moments that were absolutely Divine...Side-light in Seal Bay Forest
This image was taken on the same cold and misty February morning as Light Burst 1, Dew-drop Jewel and others in the series. They inspired the poem "When Last did you Feed Your Soul" - featured in the Blog posts on this website.Light-burst 4
