Relaxation and Rebalancing Consultations

or Bodywork Sessions and Private Yoga Tuition

may take the form of in person, phone or skype sessions, depending on the services of choice: Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy,  massage, energy work, private yoga or yoga for chronic pain relief tuition.

The initial 1-2 hour session includes: an e-mail intake form to return via e-mail prior to the session – to save time during the session, as well as a free 15 min follow-up call the following week.

Fees for All Consultations:

  • 2hrs at $150
  • 90 min at $120
  • 1 hr at $90

Package deals are available, as well as payment plans.

Sacred Movement and Life Doula Continuum Services

are available as individual packages

co-created as our work together unfolds to meet your specific requirements.  FMI on these, please visit the relevant pages.  As we will be working more in depth, the e-mail intake form is more detailed and the initial intake part of the session may take around 30 minutes.  Therefore the initial appointment is for  90 min to 2 hours, which may include  one or more of the Relaxation and Rebalancing services; Sacred Movement (if that is calling you); or any other of the numerous modalities and tools listed under Programmes.

Fees for Packages:

Rebirthing Doula , Death Doula , Sacred Movement or Private Yoga Tuition Packages range in price depending on what evolves from the intake and discussions during the initial consultation, which is priced at the same level as all other consultations.
