into more of what we are – whether we are aware of it or not.  The process can at times be a little uncomfortable, especially when we are not aware of, or able to remain Present to, what is unfolding.

 

The first inklings of dis-ease

may start when we become aware

that something is missing from our life experience.  If we do not pay attention, that dis-ease may for some of us evolve into disease.  At whatever point we do start to pay attention and embark on the search for that missing ingredient our conscious journey begins, nudging us into a deeper and deeper connection with Self.

 

This is a journey into the unknown

for leaving the known behind and going within is the only way to go to reconnect with that which we are yearning for.

 

The Presence of a Rebirthing Doula

can make a powerful difference in our experience as things unfold. Especially during the more challenging stages of this journey a calm and compassionate presence, help with clearing the energetic blocks that hinder our blossoming into our full potential and integration can be very helpful.

the Rebirthing Doula’s role is to help people to relax

into that place where the reconnection and transformation occurs quite naturally, so that we may embrace and relax into who we are, experience our inner radiance, and become self-empowered.
